Special Events Insurance
Insurance is required for Park Events with alcohol or for Memorial Building Rental.

Alcohol Permits
Alcohol permits are required if providing alcohol at parks or at the Memorial Building.
Alcohol permit applications for the park are only available at the Newman Police Department located at 1200 Main Street. Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. Phone: (209) 862-2902
Alcohol permit applications for the Memorial Building are included in the rental application.
