The 2026 Measure L Road Rehabilitation Project includes the complete reconstruction of L Street between Merced Street and Inyo Avenue as well as pulverizing and repaving L Street, M Street, Tulare Street, and Fresno Street between Merced Street and Kern Street. The project will also include storm drain improvements, other miscellaneous work, and will address the basic infrastructure needs at these locations.
Construction is scheduled to continue from September 14th to December 10th. Construction hours are between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There will be phases where the road will be closed to traffic during constructions, but notices will be sent prior to closure.
